2. Description of Service

Re:Gaia Online is a location-based mobile gaming application that allows users to explore real-world locations, complete quests, collect virtual items, and interact with other players and merchants.

5. Virtual Items and Currency

5.1 Ownership

All virtual items, currency, and other content within the Service are owned by us and are licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.

5.2 Purchases

Any purchases made within the Service are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5.3 No Real-World Value

Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

6. Location-Based Services

The Service uses location-based features. By using the Service, you:

  • Consent to the collection and use of your location data
  • Agree to respect private property and local laws while playing
  • Acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety while using location features
  • Agree not to access locations that are dangerous, restricted, or require trespassing
